Simply Supported — Terms & Conditions Last updated: September 2026 These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Simply Supported (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the person or organisation purchasing our services (“you”, “your”). By booking or instructing Simply Supported, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1. OUR SERVICES Simply Supported provides flexible: • Virtual administration support • Property administration and operational support • Weekend and event support • Other agreed administrative or organisational services The exact services, hours, date, location and price will be agreed with you before work begins. We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the agreed requirements. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, regulated property advice or other regulated professional advice unless expressly agreed and appropriately qualified to do so. 2. ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS An enquiry submitted through our website is not automatically a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed once: • We have confirmed that we are available and able to provide the requested service; • The service, date, time and price have been agreed; and • Any required payment or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry where we are unavailable, the requested work is outside our services, or we reasonably consider that the work would be unsuitable for us to undertake. 3. PRICES AND PAYMENT Our advertised prices are starting prices unless otherwise stated. The final price will be confirmed before the booking is accepted and may depend on the agreed hours, requirements, location, travel and complexity of the work. Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking. Where payment is required in advance, work will normally commence once payment has been received. For hourly services, additional hours will only be undertaken with your agreement. You will not be charged for additional work that has not been agreed with you. 4. CLIENT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS You are responsible for providing accurate information, instructions and materials reasonably required for us to provide the service. We may rely on information supplied by you and are not responsible for errors arising directly from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by you. You remain responsible for making final decisions relating to your property, business, finances, customers, suppliers or other affairs. 5. PROPERTY SUPPORT Where we provide property administration or operational support, our role is administrative and organisational unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may assist with matters such as: • Resident communications • Contractor liaison • Maintenance administration • Records and documentation • Inspection administration • Occupancy and vacancy tracking • Notices and correspondence • General back-office property support We do not provide legal, surveying, financial, investment or other regulated property advice. Any decisions requiring professional or regulated advice remain your responsibility. 6. EVENT SUPPORT For event support, you remain responsible for the overall event, venue, suppliers, guests, licences, insurance, health and safety arrangements and any legally required permissions. We may assist with agreed administrative, organisational and practical event-day tasks. We will follow reasonable instructions provided by you or the nominated event organiser. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY We will treat confidential information provided to us in connection with your work as confidential and will not knowingly disclose it to third parties except where: • you have given permission; • disclosure is necessary to provide the agreed service; • disclosure is required by law; or • disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our legal rights. You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority to provide us with any confidential or personal information you ask us to process. 8. PERSONAL INFORMATION We may need to collect and process personal information such as your name, contact details and information necessary to provide your requested service. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9. USE OF THIRD PARTIES Where agreed, we may communicate with contractors, suppliers, venues or other third parties on your behalf. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, prices, workmanship or performance of third-party suppliers. 10. DELAYS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL We will make reasonable efforts to provide services at the agreed time. We will not be responsible for delays or failure to provide services caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including serious illness, emergencies, severe weather, travel disruption, power or internet outages, venue closure, third-party failures or other unforeseen circumstances. If we are unable to provide a service because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and discuss an alternative date or appropriate refund. 11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other statutory rights that apply to you. Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into. Our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights. 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise agreed, documents, templates or materials specifically created for you as part of the agreed service may be used by you for your own business or personal purposes. Our pre-existing templates, systems, processes, know-how and materials remain our property. 13. CANCELLATION You may cancel a booking in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. If you are a consumer entering into a contract with us online or otherwise at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights. These rights will not be excluded by these Terms & Conditions. Where you ask us to begin providing services during any applicable cancellation period, additional rules may apply, including payment for services already provided where legally permitted. 14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to your booking will be the terms provided to or accepted by you when the booking is made, unless a change is required by law. 16. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory legal rights you have under applicable consumer law. 17.
